UPDATED – 18 August 1:00 P.M.
Due to the recent alert level changes in New Zealand, we have made the decision to move this weekend’s National Brothers’ Training entirely online. There will no longer be a physical gathering in Hamilton.
In order for us to have a physical gathering of this size and nature (we had 200 brothers’ registered to attend physically), most parts of New Zealand would need to be at alert level 1. Given the government’s cautious approach to this recent outbreak, it is highly unlikely that we will move to alert level 1 at midnight this Friday. At best, we may enter into alert level 3, which comes with restrictions of 10 people being gathered together. Hence, our decision to move this training entirely online.
As there will no longer be a physical gathering, there is no longer the need to travel to Hamilton.
If you have received an email from us concerning transport and accommodation arrangements, please note that all these arrangements have been cancelled.
As this training will now take place entirely online, we have opened registrations again for other brothers to register who may have previously been unable to travel to Hamilton (there was previously no Zoom option for brothers registering from New Zealand).
Please click on the link at the bottom of the page. Brothers should register by 8:30 a.m. Friday 20 August.
Please note, there is no need for any brother to re-register for this training. Details for joining the training online will be sent to your registered email by 12pm Friday 20 August.
We look to the Lord for His speaking to the responsible brothers in this upcoming training and that He would bless all the churches in New Zealand through our virtual gathering together at this time.
Please pray for this crucial time of training and fellowship.
