Neighbourhood Children's Meetings

The children’s work is to cultivate and nurture our next generation. The Neigbourhood Children's Meetings are to establish meetings with children and their parents in the homes of people in the community.

OUR GOAL:

The goal of the children’s work is:

OUR SCOPE:

The children’s work encompasses children from school Year 1 to the end of Year 8.

The Neighbourhood Children's Meetings are to reinforce within children positive traits such as honesty, kindness and obedience based on characters in the Bible so they can grow to be responsible citizens of our society and country and that each one would become an asset and a blessing to all whom they would contact.

With this in view our students are visiting communities in Hamilton.

This programme is based on the Bible where we engage with children in the safe and comfortable setting of their own homes and with their parents present.

Each lesson takes between 30 to 45 minutes and is designed to stimulate and encourage the children through activities such as singing, interactive story telling and craft.
